- Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Analyze caller needs to provide appropriate assistance

Experience:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions effectively
