We have approximately 270 full time employees on the payroll, their areas of expertise are: motor winders, motor mechanics, machinists, engineers (electrical and mechanical), quality assurance technicians, switchgear technicians, field service technicians (switchgear, vibration analysis, infrared scanning, laser alignment, troubleshooting and repair of marine and industrial systems), administrative, sales and management personnel.

Job Description:
- Manufacture and make repairs per instructions and/or drawings
- Operate all machine shop equipment
- Operate overhead cranes and perform rigging
- Perform incoming and outgoing inspections
- Properly fill out all paperwork
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating milling machines, lathes, boring mills, and grinders
- Must have ability to work with extremely close tolerances (example: .0005” to .001”) and meet allotted timeframes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be physically able to safely operate all equipment, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and capable of standing for long periods of time.
