Position: 2 Packaging Technicians (1 for the AM Team / 1 for the PM Team )

Job: Our Packaging Technicians are responsible for creating all unmodified flower products with speed, quality, and accuracy while adhering to state-mandated standards for packaging.

Will train engaged and dedicated candidates. Resume required

Shift: 4 day work weeks. 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday (1st Shift)

OR 10am - 8pm Monday - Friday (2nd Shift)

Pay: 17.00 hourly Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Able to check every product to ensure it meets all Missouri Compliance requirements, especially pertaining to packaging and labeling law.

-Should maintain accurate counts of prepared products and back-stock and inventory to be moved to retail locations. Must assist the Packaging Manager in maintaining inventory of packaging supplies and equipment.

-Retain the knowledge of labels, understand the components of compliance surrounding packaging and labeling, and apply labels to products as outlined in shipping S.O.P.s.

-Should be able to follow the direction of the Shipping Supervisor, Production Manager, and Packaging Manager to ensure that all of the day’s shipments are filled and ready for delivery according to state compliance laws.

-Accurately Weigh, package flower product, staying within allowed variance

- Ensure machine is operating at appropriate specifications and standards

- Cleaning of equipment

-remains upright, to about 88% percent of the time

-Machine operation for bagging

-Other duties as assigned by management This is a full-time, Permanent position Elevate Cannabis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

-Must be organized and maintain a neat and clean work station

-Must have familiarity with grams vs ounces

-Must be able to perform simple math

-Must be willing to learn about new products and cannabinoids

-Must be aware of and abide by all laws and compliance surrounding retail operations

-Must possess a willingness to learn the effects and applications of concentrates and other THC infused products

-Experience in the use of cannabis and possess a willingness to learn strain genetics including their properties and effects

-Is familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive

-Must have reliable transportation to/from work

-All candidates should be over the age of 21.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
