What You’ll Do:
- Elevate Leadership and Operations: In this role, you will recruit, train, and supervise help desk staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment in addition to developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient operations. This individual will monitor support ticket trends and prioritize timely resolutions while analyzing data to recommend process improvements.
- Elevate Customer Service and Collaboration: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of resident issues to achieve high customer satisfaction. Manage escalated situations with advanced troubleshooting and clear communication. Additionally, act as a liaison between the help desk team and other departments to align efforts and maintain seamless operations.
- Elevate Reporting and Insights: Generate detailed performance reports and analyze ticket trends to identify areas for improvement. This role will also present actionable strategies to senior leadership and optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; advanced education preferred.
- 5 years’ experience working in management role.
- Strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees, residents, prospects and vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
