What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Collections Professional position at Elevation Group?
We have a very high volume, upbeat office with outbound dialers in house, as well as 25 outbound dialers off site. HEAVY phone volume, EXCELLENT paper, POSITIVE office environment, and an absolutely INCREDIBLE team. In order to handle our current call volume, we're looking to add a couple of experienced collection veterans that have a proven track record of closing on collection accounts for 3rd party agencies. The right candidate(s) will be punctual, dependable, and demonstrate the ability to handle 20-30 inbound calls per day while maintaining a high closing percentage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage a high volume of customer calls daily, with results.
- Collect on past due accounts.
- Ensure all Fair Debt Collection Laws are followed. FDCPA knowledge.
- Ensure that proper customer service procedures are being followed.
- Ability to process and maintain confidential information.
- Work effectively as a team player with other members of the staff and leadership.
- Exemplify the desired culture, values and philosophies of the organization.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years minimum of 3rd Party Collections Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Basic computer skills, software applications (including Microsoft Office)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions consistent with the essential job functions.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
