Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture relationships with business owners, HR Directors, and General Managers to understand their unique needs and offer tailored health insurance solutions..
- Lead Management: Leverage Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the niche market.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of client service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
