Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and manage all aspects of employee scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, ensuring smooth operations with effective scheduling, and stepping in to cover shifts when necessary. This is a key leadership role, critical to maintaining a well-staffed and efficient team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Lead the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the company.
- Employee Scheduling: Oversee and manage all scheduling for the company, ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times. Address scheduling conflicts, and proactively fill gaps in coverage.
- Shift Coverage: Be prepared to pick up shifts when needed to maintain operational continuity and ensure exceptional service.
- Workforce Planning: Assess staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements to maintain optimal levels of staffing across all departments.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and scheduling requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring and scheduling practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hiring, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in workforce scheduling and time management.
- Flexibility and willingness to step in and assist during peak times or staff shortages.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in management, human resources, or related field is a plus.
