Position Summary

Herohub is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Industry Relations Manager and Podcast Manager to foster relationships within the Powersports, OPE, Marine, RV, and other industries. The ideal candidate will have a knack for public relations, project management, and podcast editing and publication on the Podup platform. This role involves networking with key industry professionals, setting appointments, arranging podcast interviews, and creating engaging content to elevate Herohub’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Relations

Reach out to key individuals and organizations in the Powersports, OPE, Marine, RV, and other industries to build and maintain relationships.
Arrange and manage appointments with industry leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance Herohub’s industry visibility.

Podcast Creation and Management

Identify and connect with industry professionals to be guests on Herohub’s podcast.

Plan and coordinate podcast interviews, driving captivating discussions that provide value to the audience.

Prepare for each episode by researching guests and topics to ensure engaging and insightful conversations.

Edit and produce high-quality podcast episodes on the Podup platform, ensuring a polished and professional final product.

Publish episodes across relevant platforms and promote them through social media and other channels.

Content Creation

Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social media and email newsletters, complementing podcast episodes and other initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to align content and PR initiatives with company goals.

Performance Tracking

Track and report on relationship-building efforts, podcast performance, and public relations impact.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in podcasting, including planning and producing episodes, is highly preferred.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Background in public relations, marketing, or content creation is a plus.

Familiarity with the Powersports, OPE, Marine, or RV industries is advantageous.

Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
