Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Contents Cleaning Technician for our BLACKFOOT location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:
- Packing, loading, & transport of property contents
- Disassembly and reassembly
- Mitigation services (Puckouts)
- Dry and wet cleaning
- Inventorying and chain of custody
- Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
- Ambient air filtration
- Removing and disposing of debris
- Fire and Water Contents Cleaning
- Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse
- Tile Cleaning and Resealing
- Other duties as assigned
You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:
- MUST HAVE: Polished appearance (No facial or neck tattoos)
- Previous experience in cleaning and packing
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture
- Valid Driver License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning products and machines
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- Polite disposition
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
