What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeepers position at Ellicott Development Company?
Ellicott Hotels is looking to add housekeepers at our newly renovated Comfort Inn & Suites across from the Buffalo Airport for both full and part time openings. The right candidates are individuals with an eye for detail to adhere to our excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our hotel and guest rooms. Willing to train and no experience necessary but must be dependable and must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Available positions can be either part or full time but must be willing to work either or both weekend days especially during the busy summer months.
