This role is for legal recruiters based in and around Kansas City. Our client, a leading global law firm, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager for their North America HR team.

- Lead a team of advisors, sourcing specialists, and recruitment coordinators
- Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in the office
In this role, you will manage the recruitment strategy for attorneys, lawyers, and early careers recruitment across multiple offices. Working closely with senior partners, you will be responsible for driving and championing both global and regional recruitment strategies.
Partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted expert on recruitment market trends, salary data, and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet the firm's needs.
Additionally, you will support change management projects by identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading a team through mentorship and guidance.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven legal recruitment experience within a law firm
- The ability to coach and advise hiring managers while providing constructive feedback
- Strong capability to partner with, advise, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a client delivery-focused work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines effectively and communicate changes when necessary
- A commitment to taking ownership of tasks and supporting broader project goals
Compensation: $120k - $140k base/year Bonus Benefits
