Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team and maintain the outdoor spaces at our Village Pub locations. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring that each location?s exterior areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in groundskeeping or general outdoor maintenance.

Location
In-person in Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Traveling to all Village Pub locations is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular power washing of sidewalks, driveways, building exteriors, and other outdoor surfaces to remove dirt, stains, grease, and debris.
- Ensure power washing tasks are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining the appearance and integrity of surfaces.
- Use leaf blowers to clear leaves, dirt, and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, entranceways, and other outdoor spaces.
- Ensure the grounds are free of seasonal debris, including leaves, branches, and other litter.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly clearing walkways and entry points of debris, ensuring smooth customer traffic flow.
- Clean and maintain the exterior of restaurant storefronts, including windows and doors.
- Ensure all signage is visible, clean, and free of obstructions.
- Sweep and remove any trash or debris from the storefront area, ensuring the space remains inviting.
- Notify the Maintenance Manager of any exterior light fixtures that are not working.
- Perform routine cleaning of parking lots, pathways, and surrounding grounds to ensure they are neat and free of hazards.
- Monitor and clean outdoor trash receptacles ensuring they are properly maintained and free of overflowing debris.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager for repair or further attention.
- Follow all safety procedures while operating power washing equipment, leaf blowers, and other outdoor maintenance tools.
- Ensure that outdoor areas remain accessible and safe for customers, especially during inclement weather or when performing power washing tasks.
- Work closely with restaurant managers and other team members to schedule outdoor cleaning tasks and address any specific needs.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant team members to ensure outdoor areas are ready for business operations and special events.
Skills / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, power washing, or outdoor cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of power washing equipment and techniques, as well as general groundskeeping tools such as leaf blowers and brooms.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Maintain a state-issued driver?s license and a clean DMV record to be available to use a Company vehicle if needed and adhere to the Company?s Driver Policy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be willing and able to travel to various business operations locations to provide on-site maintenance support as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Use hands to handle objects and tools.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing at least 100 pounds and may push or pull items weighing up to 200 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Team Member is exposed to several factors, including dust, cigarette smoke, and possibly various outside weather conditions.
