Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery. This individual will manage various marketing initiatives, including media planning, creation of email workflows, managing the customer relationship management system, and executing digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital, social, and email marketing, along with an eye for design and the ability to drive revenue through creative, data-driven campaigns.


Compensation

$65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Location

In-person in Las Vegas, NV, 89109: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the marketing media plan.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across multiple channels (TV, radio, digital, social media, etc.) ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Track and report on budget performance and adjust campaigns as needed to meet financial goals.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets such as graphics, videos, and advertisements for both on-property and online presence.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they align with brand guidelines, messaging, and timing.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, driving engagement and awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine digital strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to target specific audiences.
  • Segment email lists and personalize messaging to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand?s values and mission.
  • Work closely with the design team to create compelling and on-brand visual content.
  • Craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs, including traffic, bookings, customer acquisition, and ROI.
  • Use insights and data to optimize future campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotion strategies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to marketing team members and external vendors/agencies, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality.

Skills / Experience

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and marketing media plans, within the hospitality, gaming, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, display ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing media plans and driving ROI across multiple channels.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Proficient in social media insights and using social media analytics tools such as SocialPilot, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.
  • The ability to submit to a background check and drug test is required.

Bonus Skills / Experience

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data-driven marketing techniques.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
  • Proficient use of a computer, including keyboarding and mouse skills.
  • Ability to focus on detailed work for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of materials or equipment such as promotional materials or event supplies.
  • Ability to participate in team meetings and presentations, which may involve standing or moving around.
