Utility Operator (ETFH)-Lab 3rd Shift

You will:

• Use heavy tools to assemble dies, including hammers, impacts and large wrenches.
• Utilize blueprints to assemble tooling.
• Use tape measures to verify dimensions during the assembly process.
• Tear apart tools after use in the press systems.
• Load and off-load tooling from preheaters.
• Move tooling to designated areas as needed, via forklifts and other manipulators.
• Use overhead gantry-style crane for moving dies.
• Ensure tools or dies are not damaged in the assembly process.
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and bring any violations to the attention of the management team.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or need repairs to manager.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management
