CNC Machine Operator Details

• Direct Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
• First Shift
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining and adherence to project requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production flow.
• Maintain strict quality control standards, inspecting finished products to meet industry and company specifications.
  
  

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong background in machine setup and operation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make minor adjustments to ensure precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment and adherence to all safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in CNC machining preferred.
