What are the responsibilities and job description for the OFFICE ASSISTANT (on-site) position at Elyon International?
This contingent staffing position is in support one of our end client. The Office Assistant performs a variety of routine clerical duties such as processing documents and records, extracting and compiling records or data, responding to routine inquiries concerning office/departmental services and procedures, maintaining, and monitoring established record keeping, filing and database systems, and producing forms, letters, record entries and other material. Positions may perform data retrieval and modification and enter data on numerical or alphabetical data entry equipment.
Duties Include:
- Assisting in scheduling meetings via Outlook
- Preparing and/or reviewing reports and other documents to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Assisting unit employees in preparing documents to submit to other units, such as purchase or reimbursement requests
- Compiling routine reports to support billings
- Maintaining unit records
- Assist with other clerical or office support work as needed
- Performs other duties as required.
Desirable Qualifications
Positions typically require high school graduation or equivalent and one year of clerical experience.
Clear and efficient communication.
Analytical Skills to properly identify, collect, and document data and information.
