Responsibilities:
- Correspond with prospects and answer any questions about the hotel’s venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, or promotions
- Send out proposals and collecting invoices
- Support the director of sales in researching competitors and potential new clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to execute events
- Enter, retrieve, or finalize information in the company’s sales system
- Gather and assemble sales collateral to send to prospects
- Understand the customers needs and build company loyalty
- Send prospects emails and make cold calls
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel sales and operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth (preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
· Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
· Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
· A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
