Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Help with venue selection and logistics management, including setup and breakdown of events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met.
- Prepare event materials such as signage, name tags, and promotional items.
- Communicate with attendees before and during events to provide information and support.
- Maintain event budgets and assist in tracking expenditures and invoices.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing issues as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software.
