Job Duties:
- Lead the analysis of manufacturing projects, including materials, labor, tooling, and outsourced services costing
- Develop and validate production cycle times and setup requirements for complex machining operations
- Create detailed part routings and material specifications
- Ensure purchase orders align with quoted specifications
- Maintain quality management system standards
- Provide technical input for tooling and purchasing decisions
- Support cost analysis and process optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with advanced CNC machining processes and methodologies
- Strong competency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems
- CAD/CAM software experience preferred
