Position Purpose
The Admissions Representative is responsible for enrolling students who meet the admissions criteria and can benefit from the academic programs offered. This role requires maintaining high enrollment standards and leading by example in personal performance and productivity.
Key Competencies Include :
- Evaluate and enroll qualified prospective students for academic programs.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to promote enrollment and assist applicants.
- Achieve high student start rates by leading in personal production and meeting enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with other departments and participate in recruitment events to enhance outreach and support new students.
This position ensures that the admissions process effectively attracts qualified students, aligning with organizational goals and contributing to the institution's overall success.
