If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Enable, Inc is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Independent Supported Living Professional to join our team in Bismarck ND.

Job Description:

As an Independent Supported Living Professional at Enable, Inc, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support and assistance to individuals who have mild intellectual disabilities and mental health supports who are living independently in the community. Your responsibilities will include helping clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, shopping, and cleaning. You will also assist clients in accessing community resources and services, as well as providing emotional support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong commitment to promoting independence and self-determination for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health supports. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required.

You must have a current drivers license and be able to drive agency vehicles. Some locations will have a cat present.

Full Time Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesdays 12pm - 9 pm Thursdays off Every other Saturday Sunday hours vary
