About the Role Real Estate Developer

At Enclave, we are looking for a Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping exciting real estate projects from start to finish. As a strategic partner, you'll work on a wide variety of commercial real estate developments, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties.

Position Logistics

Primary Work Location : St. Louis Park, MN or West Fargo, ND Corporate Office
Work Environment : On-Site
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday | Standard Hours
Work Type : Full Time

Position Responsibilities

Lead Development Projects : Own the lifecycle of exciting commercial real estate projects, ensuring they run smoothly from concept through to closeout.

Collaborate with Experts : Work alongside land planners, engineers, architects, utility companies, and more, to bring innovative visions to life.

Manage Schedules and Budgets : Keep projects on track by updating schedules, budgets, and financial projections, and driving timelines to meet target dates.

Drive Stakeholder Engagement : Be the key point of contact for stakeholders, communicating vital information regarding project status, city / city code issues, and budget updates.

Support City Planning and Entitlement : Help prepare presentations for city officials, and manage the entitlement and permitting process through effective coordination with 3rd party partners.

Partner with Contractors : Collaborate closely with general contractors to address challenges, ensuring a smooth process and adherence to the project schedule.

Evaluate Financial Performance : Apply your analytical skills to assess the economic performance of projects and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Procure Development Partners : Coordinate with key stakeholders in the procurement process to ensure alignment with project goals and secure contracts.

Market and Feasibility Analysis : Conduct market analysis and feasibility assessments to evaluate new opportunities for development and investments.

We're Seeking Individuals Who Have :

Collaboration Skills : Proven ability to work with architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers to execute a cohesive development strategy

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and share complex information clearly

Project Management Expertise : A highly organized and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning or a related field is preferred

Experience : 5 years of experience in architecture, civil site design, construction, city planning, or other related fields, with a track record of successfully managing development projects

Willingness to travel for day trips to job sites and potential site locations within the upper Midwest
