EP Management, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will provide administrative support to our in-office attorneys and executive staff and have strong interpersonal skills. The candidate will develop professional working relationships with members of the company, clients, and other outside contacts.
Key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact on the phone and in person at the business.
- Assist with document management, including organizing and maintaining files and databases.
- Provide administrative support, including dictation, organizing both paper and digital files, scheduling meetings, and handling telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
- Handle intake and communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous work experience in a legal or other professional services industry is preferred.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A focus on client services.
- Strong analytical skills and must be a self-starter – motivated to learn new things.
- The ability to proactively anticipate and identify attorney and project needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Pro, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, with an interest and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and deadlines.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to grow and learn new things.
Job type: Full-time, 40 hours/week, in-office (no remote work).
Pay: Based upon experience.
