Purpose

As an IT Strategy Consultant (vCIO / TAMs), you will oversee assigned clients, serving as a technical and consultative resource. Collaborate with various departments to support clients in utilizing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions.

• Thoroughly understand and address IT needs for clients.
• Foster strong professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, High-level IT Consulting, vCIO, IT Director or IT Management.
• Experience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap development.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience.
• Previous MSP experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with GRC (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc) desirable.
