Purpose
Endsight's IT Strategy Consultant (vCIO/TAMs) are responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of clients, serving as both a technical and consultative resource. They collaborate with various departments within Endsight to support clients in utilizing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions. TAMs prioritize client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and addressing IT needs, fostering strong professional relationships, and managing accounts with efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Our ideal candidate possesses a high-level of emotional intelligence (EQ), enabling them to build strong and lasting client relationships. They excel in overcoming objections and have the ability to reframe situations as needed to achieve positive outcomes with clients. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies to effectively guide clients in leveraging these solutions.
Qualifications Required:
- 5 years of experience in any of the following roles: Account Management, High- level of IT Consulting, vCIO, IT Director or IT Management experience
- Experience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap development
- Experience in presenting to C-level executives
- Experience with ROI analysis
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies
- Strong aptitude for Customer Service
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team in various roles
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- LOCATION: This is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate will live within commutable proximity of our Napa Office and assigned client base, requiring a blend of in-office presence, onsite client meetings, and remote check-ins to ensure comprehensive support and engagement.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
- Previous MSP experience is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with GRC (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc) desirable
- Knowledge of CIS, NIST or other security frameworks helpful
