Job Overview:
The Project Associate will provide general support to projects and/or tasks. In close coordination with a Project Manager and project stakeholders, the role is responsible for planning out and completing assigned tasks and subtasks, tracking and monitoring progress, and providing reporting to managers and/or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to plan out, track and complete regular and ad-hoc tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks in support of overall project needs.
- Manage the completion of administrative tasks such as project documentation, meetings, time sheets, task tracking and reporting.
- Facilitating communication between project client contacts, project stakeholders and team members, including subcontractors and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in supporting projects or tasks.
- Excellent communications, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with project management, CRM, timesheet and task tracking software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually and will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and geography.
