Position Summary
The Digital Content and Syndication Intern will assist with the development, execution, and delivery of written and visual content for the digital shelf. They will have the opportunity to gain practical experience with online content by performing product page audits and analyzing reporting to generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Perform QA review after deployment to retailer websites and audit to ensure product pages stay up to date with the latest written and visual content
- Pull and analyze reporting for content gaps and opportunities
- Update and maintain the Salsify digital product catalog globally
- Support customer teams by delivering standard content to internal stakeholders
- Support the image creation process by assisting Category teams with brief submission
- May perform additional duties as assigned
- Education and Certification: Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar. However, other majors will be considered if applicant has relevant interests and skills
- Junior or senior in college
- Digitally savvy, with an interest in the eCommerce space
- Confident self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented critical thinker
- Strong collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
