Client Relationship Manager

Enervise is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and optimizing their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple clients while providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Role Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Retention:
- Service as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Proactively engage clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Account Management:
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor and review client performance metrics, ensuring they receive value from our services.
- Provide regular status updates and check-ins with clients and senior management, including progress reports on ongoing projects, addressing feedback, and proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues.
Sales Support:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to offer additional services.
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and proposals to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and client needs.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee client needs are understood and met.
- Plan and lead regular meetings to review the status of ongoing projects, goals, and new opportunities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in managing client portfolios and developing long-term business relationships
- Strong understanding of CRM software and tools.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from client data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC, Facility management, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute revenue growth.
