We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our Sales team. Ideal for those who flourish in a vigorous setting. The ideal candidate is an experienced, world-class Account Executive, with a highly successful SaaS sales track record of meeting or exceeding a $1M annual quota. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for creating, developing and closing new logo sales as well as expansion sales with existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Development: Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentation and Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Successfully negotiate terms and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships through the retention of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expanding our suite of products and services in the account. You will be expected to understand the customer’s business, their key objectives and to develop strategies for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted bookings to the sales management team. Forecasting accuracy and proper resource alignment to opportunities is critical.

 

This role is supported by Solutions Architect and Customer Success teams, as well as a high-performance marketing organization.

 


Skills and Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5 years enterprise SaaS sales experience in the $50k ARR range.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to and developing relationships with executives in the financial services markets, including banks, credit unions, and wealth management firms.
  • Strong consultative sales, opportunity management, and negotiation skills; e.g Solution Selling, MEDDPIC, and Force Management.
  • Proficient using Sales and Marketing software tools; e.g. Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, Clari Co-Pilot, Hubspot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Remote and face-to-face selling is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.

Salary : $50,000
