Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant in eHT's new Mission, TX office. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, receptionist assistance, and clerical skills. Daily tasks may include answering phone calls, processing packages and mail, coordinating meetings, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office operations. Effective communication and phone etiquette skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience as an administrative assistant preferred, but not required
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
