Starting Part-time with the potential to move to Full-Time Hourly Employees:
ENSO is a supported employment agency that works with adults with disabilities to assist them throughout their employment journey. We are looking for Job Coaches. Job Coaches help provide continuous on the job supports including improving job skills, learning new tasks, and creating independence for our participants.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Whether it’s a college schedule, another job, or a family life, we can make it work! There is always room for growth within ENSO! We pride ourselves on helping individuals find their niche within supported employment. Paperwork is something that comes with the job, and you will have the choice to complete this paperwork in the comfort of your home, at a coffee shop, on a college campus, at our cozy ENSO office, or anywhere else that works best for you. We do not micro-manage, however, we provide paid training and support whenever needed! There is lots of driving involved throughout King County, specifically in the Kent, Auburn, and Federal Way areas, however we will work within your comfortability to help you decide the distance and time you spend traveling from one participant to another. ENSO provides great medical benefits, a flex account, and 401k options for anyone working 30 hours or more per week. There is a signing bonus that you will receive after 90 days of employment. ENSO’s primary goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of our participants as well as our staff.
