What You’ll Do
Clinical Support
- Perform in-office medical procedures, including EKGs, spirometry, FeNO, DEXA, Styku body composition scans, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate assessments.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment with precision.
- Conduct lab work and expertly draw blood samples.
- Assist with patient intake, rooming, scheduling, and care coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
Esthetician Expertise
- Utilize advanced esthetician equipment such as Visia and HydraFacial machines.
- Conduct detailed skin and hair analysis using specialized devices.
- Provide tailored skincare and haircare recommendations based on clients’ health profiles.
- Administer light therapy treatments as part of an integrated wellness plan.
Client Engagement and Business Operations
- Demonstrate professional communication skills in all client and team interactions.
- Drive sales conversions by promoting wellness services and retail offerings.
- Navigate and troubleshoot technology tools, including mobile apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and EHR systems like AllScripts.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology required.
- Licensed Esthetician in Michigan with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
- Willingness to learn and perform basic medical procedures; training provided.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer systems and software platforms.
- Motivated to drive sales and deliver outstanding client experiences.
