We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate, Events and Social, to join our onsite dynamic Marketing Team. In this key role, you will manage the company’s presence at global conferences, orchestrate impactful company-sponsored events, and support corporate social media channels alongside other marketing programs. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, you will play an essential part in optimizing the marketing budget, streamlining business processes, and ensuring the success of our programs in the market. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Products & Applications, while contributing to a diverse range of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, science-driven environment. Your efforts will be pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Position Responsibilities :

Conferences Management

• Build and maintain the annual Conferences calendar in consultation with other teams.
• Book exhibitor and sponsorship packages; process invoices as necessary.
• Orchestrate conference speaker logistics, including contract, fees, and content approval process.
• Manage EpiCypher’s exhibit display design and production, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Orchestrate conference logistics, including booth & collateral materials shipping, ordering of booth furniture and accessories, conference venue & organizer communications, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between conference attendees regarding travel and lodging.
• Maintain the stock of printed marketing materials and promotional items.
• Perform regular audits of marketing collateral to ensure brand alignment, effectiveness, and up-to-date product information.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to streamline workflows and improve cross-team collaboration.
• Orchestrate design and promotion brainstorming sessions to ensure compelling conference presence.

Compensation :

Travel Requirements :

Travel out of the country alone or with manager for site-visits for our biennial conference (1-2 times a year).

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of the Marketing Associate position, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods as well as move about inside their office and when necessary, during business travel. The employee must be able to operate a computer and necessary office equipment. The employee must be able to position self to transport objects and boxes weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the workday.
