As an Employment Support Professional/Job Coach II you will
· Become the primary point of contact for a small number of individuals and their teams.
· Provide direct support for individuals in community businesses and/or recreational locations
· Develop person-centered plans to help them achieve that which is important to and for them.
· Support individuals in a manner informed by their needs. Tailor your support and plans as appropriate.
· Maintain positive relationships with associates, their families, and other professionals, as well as community business leaders and our eQuality team
· Grow within an organization dedicated to your development as well as that of our associates.'
