How You’ll Contribute:
As a Business Configuration Analyst I, you will independently manage the configuration of software applications and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead testing efforts, and drive process improvements while delivering high-quality configurations that align with business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop new configurations, scripts, and automations according to specifications, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to company standards.
- Maintain existing configurations, including coding updates, testing, and documentation.
- Engage with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, document, and review business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Execute test scripts and validate configurations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and implementation efforts.

What You’ll Bring:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
Experience:
- Background in insurance, business analysis, or IT-related fields preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address challenges.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in research tools and techniques.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Quick learner with a self-directed and organized approach to work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine manipulation and consistent use of hands for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.).
