Sommelier and winemaker Brad Binko produces small lots of premium handcrafted wines at our brand new estate winery and tasting room in Milton-Freewater, OR.
We will be opening at 85514 HWY 11 in early 2025 and will be open 7 days a week (10am-8pm) for tastings and glass pours. Eternal hosts live music, karaoke and trivia nights. We can also host large groups in our grand tasting room. Taste fresh local fare from our food trucks on site daily. Enjoy a glass of wine at our 10 seat bar while catching the game. Summary
As a VIP Host (Vision Inspiring Persona) you will be bringing our vision to social media and our Estate. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our esteemed guests. You will work directly with the owner and manager of good vibes. Your role involves leveraging your core skills in customer service, communication and social media to ensure a seamless and welcoming atmosphere. Your experience in food service and hospitality will be essential in managing reservations and wine club member relations. Additionally, familiarity with POS systems such as Tock and Orderport will enhance your efficiency in handling transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests including our VIP guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with winery staff to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and specials to enhance guest interactions.
- Actively promote our wine club and turn new guests into VIP ones.
- Take a hands on approach to ensuring our guests have memorable time with us.
- Manage our social media pages including but not limited to FB, Insta, TikTok, Youtube and X.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a host/hostess in a high-end environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food service and restaurant operations.
- Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
- Background in hospitality and guest relations.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette in all interactions.
Hourly commission tips
Thursday-Sunday 11am-7pm plus either Monday or Wednesday your choice
