We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and support our Ecommerce/DSV warehouse team. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assign tasks and monitor the workflow to ensure that orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and improve overall productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the floor, from inventory discrepancies to operational challenges.
• Track and report key performance metrics, such as order accuracy, productivity, and team efficiency.
• Assist in inventory control activities, including stocktaking, cycle counts, and updating inventory records.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and collaborate with the maintenance team as needed.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and encourage open communication.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and maintain certifications if necessary.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Bilingual with Spanish and English is a plus.
