We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Projects and Accounts Manager to join our team. This role combines strategic account management, project oversight, and business development to drive our corporate training initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

Account Management and Project Oversight

  • Manage key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Lead project management efforts for training initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Execute contracts efficiently, leveraging shared company resources such as training staff

Business Development and Financial Accountability

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate training sector
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts and projects
  • Develop strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality training delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in corporate training, account management, or business development roles
  • Strong understanding of learning and development best practices
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20% of time)
