Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager at Evergreen Real Estate Group in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for remote work. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple properties, developing and implementing strategies to enhance community impact, collaborating with public and private partners, and ensuring high-quality resident services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in property management, real estate development, specifically affordable housing
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and community engagement
- Budget management and financial analysis skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Real Page products specifically
- Certifications in property management or real estate are a plus
- IHDA, HUD, CHA experience is preferred
