About The Role

Evergreen Wealth is hiring a Web Designer to own the implementation of projects across all of our web touch points (evergreenwealth.com, marketing campaigns, and more) from start to finish. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll be empowered to shape our web design and drive meaningful influence. Join us in unlocking the future of financial optimization.

What You'll Do

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing and partner with your peers across Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Lead the development efforts for Evergreen's web presence by building reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Partner closely with the design team to implement exceptional web experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and advisory teams to shape our content infrastructure and optimize relevance for a consumer finance audience.
• Establish and maintain a design system for our web presence.
• Deliver an innovative web presence that stands apart in presentation and performance.
• Be an early member of the growing design team and have a significant say in how our team operates in establishing web design processes and ways of working.
• Working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will develop pragmatic web solutions for a high-visibility product.
• Provide and solicit feedback to continually raise our bar for quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with web standards and the modern full-stack web environment (HTML5, CSS3).
• Expert in web-based content creation tooling (Plasmic, WebFlow, or WordPress).
• Proficiency in using Figma or a similar design delivery tool.
• Proficiency in using a CMS (Contentful or similar).
• Experience building landing pages (Unbounce or similar).
• Knowledge of current web accessibility standards and requirements.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your experience building consumer websites.
• A user-centric mindset when planning and scoping work.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and champion adaptability to meet release goals.
• A collaborative teammate and a fast learner with a positive attitude.
• A growth mindset with the aptitude for success.
• JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
