WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Daily Operational Support: You'll be the go-to person for daily operational support and assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
  • System Maintenance: You'll address terminal operating system data and program issues, adjusting configurations and ensuring seamless system performance.
  • User Training: You'll conduct training sessions for various modules, empowering team members to maximize system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: You'll assist customers with link support, Evermail e-mail issues, and data inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • System Optimization: You'll analyze systems to optimize performance, collaborate with users to enhance procedures, and coordinate emergency responses for critical system failures.
  • Collaboration: You'll work closely with developers, gather program requirements, review logic, propose UI/UX enhancements, and oversee program testing before implementation.
  • Reporting: You'll provide regular project status updates to executives, advise on potential program changes, and liaise with vendors for software integration issues.
  • Resource Management: You'll manage IT resource scheduling based on operational needs, ensure hardware inventory management, and prioritize downtime for updates and maintenance.
