EIM’s Enrollment Services department supports student recruitment and enrollment in hybrid accelerated graduate healthcare programs for University Partners (UP). We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to assist with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks that support the team's efforts. Duties may seasonally fluctuate to correspond with application deadlines and the needs of the department.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Provide administrative support for Enrollment Services team – schedule internal meetings, take minutes, and provide follow up communication with action items
- Support program audits and data clean up including quarterly and end of cycle updates
- Administratively assist with the onboarding of new programs through the replication and creation of documents and project management timelines
- Write and/or edit a variety of communication documents to include email templates,
- Assist with the duplication of Salesforce reports and dashboards to ensure consistency among programs
- Support virtual events- creation in multiple platforms (Salesforce, Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.), sending communication to registrants and accurately recording attendance
- Support Enrollment Services team with student outreach efforts following a cadence of touchpoints including phone calls, emails, texts or chats as outlined by Manager
- Serve as support/back-up for Admissions Counselors and Enrollment Advisors during peak times
- Utilize various technology platforms to perform assigned tasks
- Assist leadership team with project execution
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements
- College Degree or 2-4 yrs. of relevant experience.
- Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 year experience using Salesforce or other CRM, preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting
