REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations
The Program Manager, Operations is a strategic role responsible for supporting key initiatives in the operations department. First among these is project management of the product labels at Evogen Nutrition. The candidate will work closely with executive management, marketing, graphics, and other key stakeholders to ensure correct labels are provided to operations for finished goods inventory. and revision management and with printers for order fulfillment and contract manufacturers to fulfill label and packaging requirements. This person must be highly organized, have excellent cross department collaboration skills, be able to drive the process and obtain the support and commitment from all key stakeholders from beginning to end (label lifecycle). The perfect candidate will have experience in a project management role, able to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines at once, with a background in the sports nutrition space. Candidate should have a working knowledge of US dietary supplement and food product labeling requirements to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met for the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage the lifecycle for product labels from label design, content, revision management, and coordination with label suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet product launch and release timelines.
- Work with internal and external teams to fulfill the needs and requirements of labeling for Evogen finished products.
- Illicit contribution from stakeholders and key contributors in the label lifecycle.
- Able to project manage non-label projects as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively via a project status report with steps and assigned tasks and due dates for key contributors.
- Manage expectations with all stakeholders via a regular communication cadence.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS College graduate or equivalent experience in industry
- 2 years of supplement facts or nutrition facts labeling requirement experience is ideal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experienced project manager required.
- Detail oriented and great written and verbal communication skills.
- Regulatory, labeling, or quality background preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and nutritional software (Genesis, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
