EXACT Stormwater Management Overview

Exacts mission is to protect natural waters from pollutants contained in stormwater runoff which comes from impervious surfaces like parking lots and rooftops. This is accomplished through the installation and maintenance of stormwater best management practices (BMPs) that hold and treat runoff before it enters creeks, rivers, lakes, bays and ultimately the ocean. These delicate systems all rely on our stewardship to remain accessible for everyone to enjoy. Exact has executed on this mission since 2013, installing and maintaining hundreds of stormwater facilities in their home region of the Ch...esapeake Bay, as well as throughout the eastern seaboard. In 2021, with the acquisition of Landsaver Environmental, we expanded our capabilities into new markets. We began protection our waters during active construction operations with the installation of silt fencing, hydro-seeding, and erosion control matting, so were now able to assist our customers from the very beginning of project construction all the way through the life-cycle of the property. OUR SERVICES Stormwater Maintenance: Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Inspection of all types of stormwater BMP's including ponds, underground detention, bioretention, sand filters and more. Stormwater Installation: Installation of stormwater BMP's including bioretention, underground detention, porous & grass pavers, dry swales, sand filters, check dams. Engineered Product Installation: Installation of specialty erosion products such as HydroTurf, Armormax, Flexamat and more. Liner/Containment: Liner installation, energy containment, secondary containment, tank farms, liner inspection, and repairs. Pavement Preservation: Asphalt waterproofing and reinforcement for parking lots and roadways. Erosion Control: Perimeter control, sediment control, hydroseeding, slope & channel restoration.
