Job Details
The Marketing Associate manages marketing activities that directly enable the successful delivery of timely, accurate and engaging patient communications and influence the delivery of exceptional patient experiences. This role will manage the annual patient satisfaction survey, which yields the company’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) measure—the organization’s leading measure of patient satisfaction and a key value driver for B2B partners. They will also be a key contributor to other critical patient communications initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage the annual patient satisfaction survey, including cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely planning and execution, management and intake of results, identification of patient follow-up needs, coordination of follow-up with clinical services and patient care, facilitation of survey analysis and reporting, and the management of data entry staff.
Identify patient feedback that can serve as patient testimonials to be used in external marketing assets and collaborate with marketing colleagues to bring this to fruition.
Assist in managing patient feedback received via additional channels, including online channels or other project-based surveys.
Own process to provide sample packs to internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with internal resources and third-party vendors. Manage and monitor inventory; support requests to ship to external constituents. Develop and manage a process to consistently support and fulfill requests companywide.
Monitor digital patient communication channels for quality assurance. Develop a process to engage key stakeholders and report out/confirm system health.
Implement direct mail and email campaigns to patient referrals. Develop a process to operationalize.
Manage relationships with direct mail vendors to execute patient mailings on time and with accuracy.
Oversee inventory of marketing materials to support patient mailings.
Manage translation services for printed materials, ensuring on-time delivery of materials to support operational needs and client implementations (organization wide).
Provide additional support as needed virtually and on-site to support a variety of departmental needs.

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Experience
Required: 1-3 years of relevant, demonstrable experience in business operations, patient experience, marketing/communications, or related area.
Preferred: Experience working in Salesforce.
Preferred: Experience working in healthcare industry.
Skills & Abilities
Experience managing/coordinating external vendors.
Experience managing matrixed projects and the needs multiple stakeholders.
A strong multi-tasker and critical thinker.
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable regularly re-prioritizing tasks to support organizational needs.
Aptitude for learning/using technology-based tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other internal platforms.
Preferred: Intermediate skill level in Excel.
Ability to work within deadlines and deliver on expected results.
Physical Demands
This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. This is a hybrid position which will require some on-site work at the Valley View, OH headquarters for key projects or other ongoing needs. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel
Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
