As part of our growth, we are looking for a Director of Channel Operations who will play an instrumental role in supporting the Exclaimer Channel team. The DCO will focus on all channel operations activities including implementing processes, improving data quality, and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing channel processes for the channel team
- Researching and analyzing data to facilitate where the channel team focuses
- Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
- Identifying channel opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
- Managing PRM and CRM tools to maximize opportunities and partner relationships
