Our client is a prominent global law firm looking for a mid level Associate Real Estate Attorney (hybrid)
Description:
- To work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate, real estate M&A and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, syndicated and other loan financings, joint ventures and co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation and development.
- Advise clients on the full array of complex issues throughout the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Must hold a high level of academic achievement
- Strong complex Real Estate transaction experience required.
- New York Bar Admission (Required)
