If you have experience in cash application , collections , and customer service , and you're comfortable using Excel for daily tasks, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions while maintaining top-notch customer service. Your duties will include :

Processing Daily Bank Deposits : Separate checks by company divisions, make copies, and calculate totals for deposits.
Posting Cash Receipts : Accurately post incoming check, ACH, and wire payments to customer accounts.
Collections : Engage with customers via email and phone to resolve outstanding payments.
A / R Integrity : Help research payment discrepancies, short pay issues, and assist in maintaining the accuracy of accounts.
Month-End Closing : Participate in the month-end closing of Accounts Receivable.
Ecommerce Account Monitoring : Reconcile statements, review customer portals, resolve discrepancies according to supplier agreements.
Back-Up for Order Approvals : Assist in daily order approvals when necessary.
Customer Service : Respond to customer requests, and email requested copies of invoices, credit memos, and statements.

Who We're Looking For :

Early Career, Eager to Learn : Someone who’s excited to develop their skills and grow in the field.

Experience :

Experience in cash application and collections (via email / phone).

Proficiency in Excel for data entry and daily reporting.

A pleasant and professional customer service voice.

Skills :

Strong data entry and typing skills .

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment .

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Strong communication skills , both verbal and written .

Team player mentality – you thrive in collaborative environments.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus) :

Banking experience.

Familiarity with SAP .
