Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable for Tim Love Restaurants. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely, and accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining strong vendor and client relations, and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and approval.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Manage vendor communications regarding payment status and inquiries.

- Generate and send out client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timelines.

- Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage collections as needed.

- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and investigate discrepancies.

- Assist in month-end closing related to accounts payable/receivable status.

- Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable/receivable status.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.

- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required.

- Background in the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with R365 is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.

- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and team members.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
