Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Job Description : As an AP / AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable functions. This includes processing invoices, maintaining vendor and customer accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues, assist with month-end close procedures, and support overall financial operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payments.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding account discrepancies and billing issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports as needed.
- Process credit memos, refunds, and other adjustments.
- Monitor and maintain aging reports for AP / AR and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
