YOUR TYPICAL DAY
In your role as an Inside Rep - Recruiter, you kick off your day with a burst of energy, ready to dive into engaging conversations with potential candidates and employers! You're on a mission to connect skilled job seekers with exciting job opportunities, helping businesses thrive and candidates succeed. Your day is filled with meaningful interactions as you build strong relationships and create success stories for your clients and candidates. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, producing results and exceeding expectations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN INSIDE REP - RECRUITER
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Successful track record in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish would be a plus!
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
This position offers work-from-home flexibility after your training period (1-2 days per week based on performance milestones).
